David Creech is a bilingual attorney who takes pride in providing first class customer service and zealous advocacy. Mr. Creech is trustworthy and dependable. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning bachelor of arts degrees in International Studies and History. Mr. Creech obtained his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Creech interned with the Miami Dade County Public Defender's Office and later worked with a highly regarded intellectual property firm focusing on trademark and patent work.
Upon graduation and successful completion of the North Carolina Bar Exam, Mr. Creech worked as an associate in the private sector. He has assisted clients with civil litigation, business formation and basic estate planning needs. Additionally, Mr. Creech has acquired substantial experience as a Criminal Defense attorney, representing clients with misdemeanor, DUI, and felony matters in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. Mr. Creech has also assisted numerous individuals, families and businesses with a variety of aspects of immigration law. During the fall of 2010, Mr. Creech starred in the popular Spanish radio show, Hablando Legalmente ("Legally Speaking"), providing commentary and answering questions on a vast array of legal issues.
Mr. Creech is a member the New Hanover County Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
