Meet David Creech: Your Trusted Advocate in Immigration Law

Attorney David Creech, born and raised in North Carolina, is a bilingual (English–Spanish) immigration attorney with over 15 years of experience representing individuals, families, and businesses across North Carolina and nationwide. He focuses on family-based immigration, citizenship and naturalization, humanitarian visas, removal defense, and crimmigration.

A dedicated advocate for immigrant communities, Attorney Creech has participated in the AILA National Day of Action in Washington, D.C., volunteered at Centro Latino legal clinics, and other outreach programs. He has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2010.

Attorney Creech graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. Early in his career, he worked in the private sector assisting clients with civil matters, business formation, estate planning, and criminal defense. He also hosted the Spanish-language radio program Hablando Legalmente (“Legally Speaking”).

His commitment and professionalism have earned him selection to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2012–2013, 2020–2021), a recognition based on peer evaluation and professional achievement.
